Founded in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Canal 66 was born from the vision of Mr. Arnoldo Cabada de la O to place social action within mainstream television, giving space not only to cover local news and important events, but also to provide a platform for the community.
Currently, Channel 66 continues its arduous work to serve their viewers with programming spaces intended for non-profit social support and to report the most relevant news to the brevity, by the hand of its president, Luis Arnoldo Cabada Alvidrez, who continues this family-run and professional legacy of giving a different touch to programming as well as perpetuating the spirit of altruism and truthfulness in journalism.
Today, more than 24 years later, Canal 66 is positioned as the independent television station with the largest presence in the Baja California region, being tuned with digital signal in Mexicali, San Luis Río Colorado and extensive coverage throughout the Imperial Valley and Yuma, Arizona.
